Hands---
(during drafting sesion) The hand is shaped like an egg (the sharp end of the egg shall be the wrist) while the fingers are just normal sausages. Always remember that when the fingers curve up, they MUST NOT curve completely, somehow they curve roughly like how insect legs curve. But still, don't forget to retain the sausage shape
Hand shape
first, put a circle inside the egg where the thumb should stick out, this would be the thumb's first segment. It would then be time to place the fingers.
Make sure the 4 long fingers (pointing, middle, ring and pinky fingers) fit just right into the wide end of the "egg". Just in case they dont fit, you could shrink them, modify the egg, or you could draw a line on top of the egg that may slightly exceed the normal borders so you could put the fingers on top of those instead (this is the easiest way, although it may affect the shape of your hand).
Finisher
Thicken the hand outline with your pen (or soft pencil) including the thumb's first segment which you must also half-ouline (the outline of the thumb's first seg ends as it curves down) hope this helps
